• Submit a speech video (2-4 minutes).

• Make sure the picture and sound are clear so we can see and hear you!

📅 Speech Guidelines:

• Original content; no copying others.
• Speech must be in English.
• Choose one of the themes and let your creativity flow!
• Content is provided by the participants themselves. You are allowed to read from a text while delivering your speech.

• Use a good camera and microphone if possible.
• Stable internet connection for recording and uploading.
• Wear neat and cheerful clothing.
