An exciting Mandarin language competition based on the Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK). Participants choose their level based on their proficiency.

1. HSK 1: Beginner (20 questions)
2. HSK 2: Elementary (25 questions)
3. HSK 3: Intermediate (40 questions)
4. HSK 4: Upper Intermediate (55 questions)

• Recognizing Mandarin characters
• Basic to advanced grammar
• Reading comprehension (HSK 3 & 4 only)

🛠️ Competition Guidelines

1. Before the Competition:
   • Devices: laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a functioning camera and microphone.
   • Video Quality: Minimum resolution of 720p.
   • Internet: Ensure a stable connection.
   • Dress Code: Neat and presentable attire.
2. Competition Process:
   • Participants will receive the exam link via Zoom chat.
   • Questions must be completed within a limited time (20–60 minutes depending on the level).
3. Tiebreaker (If Scores Are Tied):
   • The fastest completion time will be the deciding factor.
   • The committee’s decision is final.
4. Integrity Policy:
   • Collaboration with others is strictly prohibited.
   • Any cheating will result in disqualification.

   Yes, the practice materials will be sent after payment is confirmed.
4. Why are there only HSK Levels 1–4?
   HSK Levels 5 & 6 are generally for adult learners. This competition is designed for ages 5–17.
