Late Prize Claim Service
For Eligible Participants Who Missed the Regular Prize Claim Deadline
Eligible participants who missed the regular claim deadline may request a late claim for the physical prize package corresponding to their officially recorded award status. Requests are subject to eligibility verification and prize availability.
Late Claim Deadline
Late claims must be submitted no later than one month after the winner announcement date. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
Service Coverage
- Verification of the participant’s award status and claim eligibility
- Preparation of the physical prize package applicable to that award status
- Secure packaging for shipment
Processing Time
Approximately 1–2 weeks after verification, depending on prize availability
Late Claim Fee
IDR 120,000 per prize package
Important Information
- The contents of each prize package follow the participant’s officially recorded award status.
- Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated separately.
- Late claims are processed only after eligibility and prize availability have been confirmed.
- Once prize preparation has begun, the late claim fee is non-refundable.
